Ingredients

  • 250 gmAll-purpose Flour
  • 200 gmSugar -
  • 4 pcsEgg
  • 150 gmOrange Juice or Ram
  • 200 gm Butter
  • 50 mlMilk
  • 15 pcsAlmond
  • 20 pcsPistachios
  • 20 pcsCashews
  • 20 pcsRaisins
  • 25 gmDry mango
  • 1/2 tspCinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda –

  1. 1

    Soak tutti frutti, mango, cranberries, nuts(you can add any dry fruit according to your choice) in 1/4 cup rum or orange juice for at least 24 hours. Cover tightly, and store at room temperature.

    Take one large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg

  3. 3

    Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix into butter and sugar in three batches, alternating with molasses and milk. Add in soaked fruit and chopped nuts.

  4. 4

    Take a round pan and line it with parchment paper then Scrape butter into pan.Pour the mixture into prepared pan

  5. 5

    Bake in preheated oven(350 degrees F) for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes and scrape butter on the cake. Cake is ready to serve.If you want to eat later then Cut out one piece parchment paper and wrap around the cake.
