Preheat oven at 180*c

In a bowl, mix eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract together till well combined.

In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the wet mixture and mix well.

Spoon in the batter into a muffin pan lined with cupcake wrappers up to the top of each wrapper.

Bake for 28-30 minutes. Afterwards, cool the cakes completely on a wire rack before frosting.
