Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tspolive oil or veg oil
  2. 1small size onion chopped
  3. 1 ouncefresh bean chopped
  4. 1 ouncecabbage chopped
  5. 1small size carrot chopped
  6. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tspFreshly ground black pepper
  9. 250 gmschicken breast finely chopped
  10. 1 tspsoya sauce
  11. 1 tsphoney
  12. 1medium size tomato finely chopped
  13. 1Thinly slices cucumber for garnishing

  1. 1

    In a heavy skillet,heat 1tsp oil over a medium flame. Fry the chopped chicken till it's light brown and switch off the flame.and take out the chicken pieces in a bowl and keep aside.

    Next,add 1/2tsp of oil in the same skillet,and fry the chopped onions till it's turn Brown,and add all the chopped vegetables as given,stir for sometime till it's done.

    Add, the spices like cumin powder,black pepper,soya sauce,honey,chopped ginger,finally salt.saute the vegetables and mix well and fry for a min,till it's turn soft.and after that add a fried chicken pieces, with the vegetables, and mix well.fry till all gets well cooked.and ready to taste.add 1 /2cup of water for adjustment for gravy.and stir for a min.and switch off the flame.

    Healthy and tasty chicken nachos is ready to serve.garnish it with cucumber slices.
