Steps

Mix flour,rava,oil,salt and ajwain and make a stiff dough keep it covered for rest

Mix all the ingredients of filling except sesame seed and keep in fridge

After 10 mins take out potato filling and make small balls from it

Take a portion of dough and roll it on cut small size roundles with cutter

Keep potato balls on one side and fold like gujiha
- 6
Stick sesame seeds on outer side and deep fry it
- 7
Garnish with coriander leaves and tomato sauce
