Steps
- 1
Mix vanilla custard powder according to the instructions on the package. Add milk, sugar and stir, refrigerate it.
Wash and peel mangoes, cut into cubes or desired shape, cut apples into cubes as well. In a seperate bowl mix the apples with the lime juice (just a little to avoid browning).
- 2
In the serving bowl, mix the whole fruits with chilled custard, add the yorghurt and mix. If you want it to be sweet, add more sugar. But it taste better when it isn't that much sweet.
You can use any available fruits, I just used mangoes and apples. Avoid using fruits like watermelon, because of it water content. And sour fruits like pineapple, they don't go well with milk because of the acidity.
- 3
Garnish with mint leaves.
Serve chilled.Voila!
