Bhatura
Be careful of hot oil while frying the Bhatura
Steps

Sieve the flour with semolina, soda bicarbonate, abaking powder, and salt in a big vessel

Mix yoghurt and sugar

Make a hole or bay in centre of sieved flour, pour water about 240ml(1cup) and also add yoghurt mixture into it and start mixing gradually

When fully mixed knead the mixture to make dough and cover it with moist cloth and keep it side for 10minutes

Add 20grm oil and knead the dough to make it soft and againt cover it with moist cloth for another 30minutes.

Divide the dough into 15equal portions and make it's balls and place them on some greased surface or greased tray
- 7
Now heat oil in a kadhai to smoking point, and reduce the flame to medium heat.with the help of rolling pin flattened the balls and start putting one by one in kadhai and fry till golden brown
