Ingredients

45 mins
  1. 1 cupallbran or bran flakes
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 cupraisins
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 cupself raising flour

  1. 1

    Mix together allbran/sugar/milk/raisins and leave overnight

  2. 2

    Add the egg and flour, mix together

  3. 3

    Transfer to cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees
