Coconut jaggery ladoo
I got the jaggery syrup very well.
Steps

Grate fresh coconut and keep it aside.

Heat nonstick kadai and then add jaggery and add little water and make syrup.

Then add coconut to it. Add fried cashew and mix well. Cook the mixture till it become smooth and does stick to kadai.

Allow it to cool. Then apply ghee to hand and make small ladoos.

Enjoy the snack.
