Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad daal /black split lentil
  2. 2 tbspsuji / semolina
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. as neededoil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Soak urad daal for 6 hours

  2. 2

    Now grind it add suji and salt and keep aside for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Now at making time add baking powder and mix well,make vada shape and deep fry in hot oil,serve with sambhar or fried curd.
