Steps

Boil the milk. Add condensed milk and keep on boiling. Add cardamom powder. Keep stiring occasionally. Keep stiring until rabdi is prepared. Once done, transfer to a bowl and keep for cooling.

In a sauce pan add 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup water. Add 2 cardamoms and keep for boiling until thick sugar syrup is ready. Once sugar syrup is ready keep aside.

Now cut the edges of the bread slices and diagonally cut each bread slice to make two triangular shaped pieces. Chopped almond and cashew nuts and keep aside.

Heat the pan, add 1 tsp ghee and 1/4 cup oil. Deep fry the bread pieces until golden brown. Soak in sugar syrup for few seconds and take out.

Now it's time to decorate for searving. In a serving plate or square shaped glass dish keep the bread slices, add some rabdi on top of it. Garnish with chopped almond and cashew nuts.
