  1. 1 cupSprout moong dal -
  2. 1/2 cupRice flour -
  3. - 2 tbspgram flour (besan)
  4. 1/4 tspFinely chopped green chilli -
  5. 1 inch stickGinger -
  6. 1 tspCumin seeds
  7. to tasteSalt --
  8. 2 tbspOil -

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a blender add green chilli,ginger, and sprout moong dal and make a paste

  2. 2

    Add rice flour,gram flour salt and cumin seeds and one cup of water to make pancake batter

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and add one spoon batter and spread it.

  4. 4

    Drizzle one spoon oil on it.

  5. 5

    Flip it after one mins and cook both the sides.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with coconut chutney
