Stuffed bhindi recipe
Steps

Wash & dry bhindi. Chop off the corners & make deep slit across the length. Keep it aside.

Dry roast panchphoran & coriander seeds in a pan at low flame for a minute.

Once cool down, grind them to make fine powder. Add sliced onions & garlic cloves with a tbsp of water. Grind to make smooth paste.

Add mango powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder,turmeric powder & salt. Mix properly.

Fill the mixture into Bhindi properly using a spoon.

Heat oil in a non stick pan.Add bhindi & let it cook for 15-20 minutes till it is properly cooked. Mix in between.

Garinsh with coriander. Serve hot with chapatis.
