Steps

Make a paste using soaked mustard seeds,garlic and red chillies.

Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt to this paste and mix well.

Clean and wash the fish pieces and coat with previously prepared paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry fish pieces by turning both the sides.
- 5
Fry til golden brown in a medium flame.
- 6
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
