Vegetables rice and chicken stir fry

Wash rice and parboil. After parboiling the rice you wash the starch and put it back into the pot

Add water the same level with the rice and then add a spoonful of veg oil.

Add carrots (chopped nicely),peas and green beans. Allow to cook until done

For the sturdy fry, cut your chicken breast into strips,and also do same to your veggies.

Add oil into a pan and then add garlic,ginger and some onions. Then add the chicken breast and cook for at least 5 mins. Stir thoroughly during this process. Cook till tender.

Add your veggies, soy sauce and seasonings and saute a little. Do that for at least 1 minute.

Your stir fry and veg rice is ready.
