Make a dough with the above ingredients and put it in a grease bowl to rise for 40 mins or 1 hr

Roll like a thin roti. It should be very thin.

Cut from all four sides.

After cutting all four sides. It should be in rectangle shape.

Put the filling on one side of rectangle.

After rolling give cuts on other sides as shown in pictures.

Put it in a grease tray for proofing for 30 -45 mins. After proofing give a egg wash and oil with a brush.

In the end put in the oven.preheat the oven for 10-15 mins.

Make a thin rotee.cut from 4 sides.make it in a rectangle form.

Start rolling from two side and one side infront of you.

Same procedure as above. Place the croissant in a tray for proofing for 30 to 45 mins.before putting apply egg wash and oil.

Now take some corriander leaves and a ketchup in a bowl

Dip first in the ketchup and in corriander leaves for decoration
