Ingredients

  1. 250 gmlobia
  2. 1medium onion and tomato
  3. Some pieces of garlic and green chilli
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tspCoriander powder
  6. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. As neededGreen coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbsp mustard oil
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take cooker then mix on it mustard oil then mix cumin

  2. 2

    After that mix chopped onion,tomato,garlic and green chilli

  3. 3

    Then mix all spices and lobia

  4. 4

    Then give 5-6 whistle of cooker,your dish ready to eat.
