The amount of urad dal to idli rice should be in the ratio 4:1

In a pan add some water and palm sugar,Stir well until they dissolve. Filter the mixture.

Grind the urad dal and idli rice to a fine powder

Add some water to the powder and mix well with no lumps

Add the palm sugar syrup in the above mixture.

Until they become semi solid stir constantly without break. At the end add the oil and stir well.

Serve hot!
