  • 250 gAmla / gooseberry
  • 250 gSugar
  • 1 tspbig Elaichi powder / cardamom powder
  • 2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • as neededDry fruits choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil amla. Remove seeds.

    Cook it, add sugar, salt and mash well.

    Add elaichi powder and black pepper, black salt mix well.make smooth paste,cook,few minutes.add dry fruits,raisins.
