  1. 250 gAmla / gooseberry
  2. 250 gSugar
  3. 1 tspbig Elaichi powder / cardamom powder
  4. 2 tspblack pepper
  5. 1 tspblack salt
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. as neededDry fruits choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil amla. Remove seeds.

    Cook it, add sugar, salt and mash well.

    Add elaichi powder and black pepper, black salt mix well.make smooth paste,cook,few minutes.add dry fruits,raisins.
