Steps

Wash the fish and keep aside. Use a knife and slightly cut the fish (not a deep cut).

Marinade the chicken using garlic, ginger, seasonings onion and soy sauce, blend the tatashe,tarugu and add marinade for at least 30mins.

Put each fish into the cling firm and wrap tightly.

Heat a pan on low fire and arrange the fish and allow each side to cook for 15 minute.

Dice your potatoes, pot in a pot. Add water and salt and cook till tender.

Also dice your carrots, green pepper, onions, red bell pepper and spring onion. In a non stick pan, add oil,chopped onion, garlic and ginger and saute a little

Add your diced ingredients and stir gently.and cook for 2 minutes. Add your boiled potatoes and mix gentle. Allow to simmer for 60seconds and turn off the fire.

Boom our pan grilled fish and potato skillet is ready
