Add mustard oil in kadhai, add chopped onion and fry until it slightly brown.

Add ginger garlic paste in it, then add chopped capsicum and dry masala like turmerric, red chilli powder and salt. And fry it.

Add sewiyan in it. Fry it for a while. Then add water as per required.

Take a bowl in it and cook until seviyan properly cook. Then cover the seviyan for 2 minutes. Then serve it.
