Ingredients

250 minutes
  • 190 gramslollies (small colored marshmallows could work too, 3/4 cup)
  • 250 gramsmalt biscuits (graham crackers could work too, 2 1/3 cups)
  • 120 gramsbutter (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cansweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cupsdesiccated coconut

Steps

250 minutes
  1. 1

    Break lollies into pieces by hand (skip this step if using marshmallows)

  2. 2

    Crush biscuits into rough crumbs

  3. 3

    Mix the lollies, crumbs, butter, and milk together

  4. 4

    Form into a log shape and roll in the coconut

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for 4 hours then slice the cake into pieces

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
