Peel and grate bottle gourd and boil or micro.

Take curd in a bowl.Add boiled bottle gourd chopped green chillies, grated ginger,mustard,crushed roasted cumin powder, black salt and mix well.

Now give dhrungar with charcoal.Put in a cup and add ghee,turn glass 2-3 min.So u will get smoke in a glass and pour on raita.Garnish with pepper crushed roasted cumin powder black salt and cherry.Serve.
