This is a quick-fix breakfast option that I make with leftover rotis.
It is wholesome, nutritious and tangy, a perfect and delicious way to use up leftover rotis.
Steps

Take 1 roti, spread some chutney on top.

Add some grated cheese, chopped onions, green chillies on top.

Sprinkle the peanut powder, pepper powder and salt to taste.

Add the other roti on top, press down lightly but firmly on the sides.

Heat a nonstick tava, grease with some ghee or butter.

Add the roti sandwich, flip and grill on low-medium heat from both sides, until golden brown and crisp.

Repeat the same process with the other two rotis.

Cut into meat quarters. Serve hot with ketchup.
