Ingredients

2-4 mins
2-4 servings
  1. 4Rotis
  2. 1finely chopped Onion
  3. 2 tablespoonsRaw Mango / Kairi / Coriander-Mint Chutney
  4. 1 tablespoonroasted Peanut Powder
  5. 2-4 teaspoonsgrated Cheese
  6. 1-2Chopped Green Chillies
  7. 1 small pinch Pepper Powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1-2 teaspoonsGhee or Butter

Steps

2-4 mins
  1. 1

    Take 1 roti, spread some chutney on top.

  2. 2

    Add some grated cheese, chopped onions, green chillies on top.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the peanut powder, pepper powder and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Add the other roti on top, press down lightly but firmly on the sides.

  5. 5

    Heat a nonstick tava, grease with some ghee or butter.

  6. 6

    Add the roti sandwich, flip and grill on low-medium heat from both sides, until golden brown and crisp.

    Repeat the same process with the other two rotis.

    Cut into meat quarters. Serve hot with ketchup.
