Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 tbspwhole cumin
  • 2 tbspground pilau spice mix
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 2onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onions to pan and fry until darkened. Add whole cumin and ground pilau spice

  2. 2

    Add water and coconut milk into the pan. Allow to boil

  3. 3

    Add rinsed rice and cook until water completely dissolves

  4. 4

    Fluff the rice, let steam finish the pilau

  5. 5

    Serve rice immediately
