Ingredients

  • 1 kgliver
  • 2onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 tspcayenne
  • 1/8 tspchili flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onions to pan with oil. Fry until browned

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and fry until turn to paste

  3. 3

    Add cayenne, salt, and chili flakes

  4. 4

    Add liver and fry for several minutes. Add 2 cups water, allow to simmer until gravy thickens

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali
