Heat oven at 160°c

Grease madeleines mould

Put 50gm coconut in a food processor with sugar and whizz till coconut is fine as sugar

Tip into a mixing bowl, with butter, flour, egg and yogurt and whizz with an electric whisker untill smooth

Now with the help of strainner and laddle seive the cherries in a plate.

Now divite the batter into moulds and bake for 35-40minutes i.e until the toothpick immersed comes out to be sticky with no material.

Cool it for 10minutes. Now take out madeleines out of tray

Now heat the strained jam in a microwave fruit jam

Now brush the madeleines or roll them in prepared jam and trip the wonky bottoms till they sit flat. And them roll them in coconut or sprinkle the deaiccated coconut all over the madeleines
