Known as a common chinese food around the world, this pork stew dish has a homemade flavour and easy to cook. This time I'm using the unminced garlic, instead the whole garlic cloves.

Ingredients

2 pax
  1. 125 gpork loin (cut diced)
  2. 2eggs (boiled)
  3. 4black mushroom (boiled and cut)
  4. 4star anise
  5. 6garlic (fried)
  6. 1 tbspcaramel sauce
  7. Sugar
  8. Salt
  9. White pepper
  10. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Heat the pan, put the oil and fry the garlic

  3. 3

    Put in the pork loin until semi cooked.

  4. 4

    Season with caramel sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt until it thicken.

  5. 5

    Add some water, then put the mushroom and eggs in, and add star anise in. Bring to boil until it's all cooked.
