Mix wheat flour and fine flour add oil and salt

Make a dough and rest it for 10 minutes

Heat a pan take a small dough and roll it like a chapati

Spread two tsp oil on it than sprinkle red chilli powder, salt,hing,jeera,ajwain,amchoor powder on it,sprinkle some flour after it

Now make pleats of chapati than rol it round shape

Now make it again chapati from this masala.

Fry it with oil on low to medium flame till golden crispy and enjoy.
