Mix wheat flour, salt, rava, salt, sugar, oil knead into tough dough by adding sufficient water.

Allow it to rest for half an hour.

Make small dumplings and roll out thin.

Apply generous quantity of ghee or oil and sprinkle dry flour.
- 5
Fold it as shown in the pic, roll it into a round and keep it for 15 minutes.

Roll very lightly and bake on a tava by applying oil or ghee on both sides till golden.
