Ingredients

  1. Achi
  2. Ugu
  3. Palmoil
  4. Salt
  5. Crayfish
  6. Pepper
  7. Ogiri
  8. cubesStar
  9. Stockfish
  10. Beef

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash stockfish and beef and cook with salt,onion,star cubes untill is chewable.

  2. 2

    Add palmoil and water cover and cook.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle in the achi and stir to dissove any lumps cook for some minutes.

  4. 4

    Add pepper,crayfish,salt,ogiri and cook very well
