First soak your white rice for about 20 mins or so,wash,remove the black spots,measure 1 tin keep for cooking and set aside the remaining 7 tins

Put water on fire and bring to a boil,add the washed one tin of rice and allow to cook till soft,stir with a spatula until well blended,blend the remaining 7 tins of rice,u can add your yeast b4 or after blending, I blended mine with the yeast,then add the cooked rice,sugar,baking powder and salt and stir

Allow it to rest for about 30 mins or 1 hour in a warm place,set your kaskon masa on fire,add lil oil in each hole,allow to heat up then scoop the batter and put the holes,the fire should be medium, if the other side has turned brown, turn the other, continue with the rest of your batter till finished
