Ingredients

15-20 mins
2-3 servings
  1. 4-6Dashmi(Roti)
  2. 4 tspoil
  3. 1green chilli,chopped
  4. 1onion, finely chopped
  5. 2 tbspspring onion, chopped
  6. 1/2carrot, chopped long size
  7. 1/2 cupcabbage, chopped
  8. 1/2capsicum, chopped long size
  9. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  10. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  11. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  12. as requiredSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, take Dashmi  and roll tight,
    cut into thin strip forming noodles.Separate the dashmi strips and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a large kadhai heat 3-4 tsp oil and saute 1 green chilli.also, saute onion and 2 tbsp spring onion. Further add carrot, cabbage and capsicum.

  3. 3

    Saute slightly till the vegetables.Now add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce and salt,black pepper.

  4. 4

    Mix well making sure sauces are combined well.and add dashmi strips, 2 tbsp spring onions and mix well again.

  5. 5

    And finally, serve Dashmi Noodely bhel.
