For samosa dough. Take refined flour and add all the ingredients and knead a soft dough and allow to ferment 4-5hrs.keep aside

For kabab.... Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it and and sauthe till translucent. After that that add ginger-garlic paste and all that the spices and cook for 2min. At this moment u can add few drops of water. Take care care that masala is not burnt. Now add soya granules and cover with the lid and cook for to mind. Open the lid and add all Greens and lemon juice and chaat masala to it. All cooking work has to be done at low to medium flame.

Distribute the mixture for kabab and stuffing separately. With the mixture make some kababs and shallow fry it. And keep another portion of the mixture for stuffing the samosa.

Now take the dough and knead again. Divide the dough into small balls

Grease each balls and stuff the mixture to it.

With your hands press gently and deep fry till golden on low flame.

For raita.. Mix all the ingredients of raita section and blend it...

Ready to serve.. Serve it hot.
