Get your ingredients ready

I marinated mine with the following...soy sauce, white vinegar, mixed herbs, paprika, chilli flakes....

Cut your pork legs into cubes... And soak it in the marinade...left mine for 12 hours

12 hours later...heat up your pan and grill your pork till well done....ensure it is well cooked even on the inside

I made my own BBQ sauce using this recipe

Add your grilled pork chops to the sauce till well coated
- 7
Serve with a starch of your choice
