Ingredients

  • 800 gselfraising
  • 6eggs
  • 400 gsugar
  • 400 gprestige margarine
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 1 1/2 Tbspstrawberry essence
  • Whipping cream
  • Gel colours yellow blue green red
  • Sprinkles
  • Golden pearls

Steps

    Prepare your ingredients,prepare your baking tin.preheat your oven, weigh your sugar,margarine, and flour and sift your flour too. Ina bowl put in your prestige and sugar beat them together until soft texture. Add in your eggs one by one mixing the butter carefully and when its well incorporated add in your strawberry essence and mix together.fold in your flour in 3 portion alternating with milk.

    NB,always start with flour and end with flour. After uve added your flour and milk and its fully incorporated take your prepared tin and gently pour your butter into the pan and tap it thrice on the table to release any air inside the butter.then bake your cake @ 180 degrees 1 hr,when ready let it cool overnight. Then morning decorate your cake.
