1 Packsausages
1large onion
2 tinschopped tomatoes
2 tbsptomato purée
2 tinsbeans
4 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspred wine vinegar
to tasteChilli flakes or sauce
1bell pepper

Chop sausages, onions and pepper.

Fry sausage's, onions and then add chopped peppers.

Add the sugar, vinegar, garlic and herbs.

Add tinned tomatoes and purée.

Lastly add the beans and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with grated cheese on top
