Ingredients

2-bowls
  • 1banana frozen
  • 1/2 cupgreek yogurt
  • 1/2 cupalmond milk
  • 1 cupcherries frozen
  • 1peach fresh sliced
  • 2chia seeds tbl

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the bowls you are going to use in the freezer for a few minutes. This prevents your smoothie from melting.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients into the blender except a handful of cherries, peach slices, or chia seeds. Blend until just incorporated. If you over blend you will end up with a runny smoothie.

  3. 3

    Pour into bowls and garnish with a few frozen cherries, sliced peaches, and chia seeds.

  4. 4

    Yum!
