4-6 tbspDemerara Sugar

Cut chicken breasts into chunky strips

Put the chicken into a large bowl and season with salt. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Stir to mix

Preheat the grill. Spread the chicken out a large flat baking sheet and sprinkle over half the sugar

Grills for 3 to 4 minutes until caramelised, then turn chicken, sprinkle over the remaining sugar and grill until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
