1 kgpork hind
2 canspork and beans
to tastePepper and salt
Whole pepper to rub pork

Rub the pork hind with the whole pepper

Boil 4 cups of water and put the pork, until tender
3

When pork is tender and the water thickens, add the 2 cans pork and beans, simmer for 5mins

Seasoned with pepper and salt to taste
