M&M Cookies

When I attended college in the US many moons ago, I came across the most delicious cookies, dotted with plain m&ms which blew my mind. It was years before I tried to recreate them and these come close (although mine are a quarter of the size of the ones I had back then). These are so simple to make and anything can be added to them to create different variations.
