In a pan or comal, char your chiles Poblanos. (Ignore the tomatoes in this pic)

Peel and remove seeds. Slice your chiles into very thin slices

In a blender, add your sour cream, Knorr Swizza, salt, and 1/4 cup of milk,

Test for taste, you could add more salt or Knorr Swizza if needed.

In a separate skillet, heat your blended mixture, add your chile poblano slices and your 1/2 cN of sweet corn.

Mix and fold occasionally. Serve hot.
