Take a pot and put water inside and put it on the stove for boil the water.

Take one mixing bowl add chana flour,crused green chilli,citric acid,salt,sugar mix well add slowly slowly water and make a batter.

Take one pot apply oil in to put it in to boil water.cover it with lid.

In batter add eno powder on u top add 1tspoon water mix well and pour in to hot oil based pot.cover it again with lid and let it cook up to 15 min.

After 15 min switch off the stove and remove from inside and let it cool down,after that remove in to plate and cut it in to pieces,apply coriander leaves.

On small kadai put oil and make it hot add,green chilli,curry leaves,musterd seed and let it cracker and off the stove.

Pour this oil covered u khaman with coriander leaves.

Ready khaman serve with tea and enjoy...
