Baking the spinach topping doesn't only melt the cheese but also make the spinach crispy.
Steps

Wash the spinach and chop them finely.

Boil the sweet corn and drain the water completely.

In a pan take 2 tbsp butter & heat on medium flame.

Now one by one add chillies, garlic and almonds. Saute for 2 minutes.

Once almonds start to turn lightly brown add in the sweet corn. Saute for 2 minutes.

Now add the chopped spinach and saute until all the water from the spinach dries up.

Now add salt and pepper, saute for2 mins. If you are using salted butter do not add more salt. Our spinach mixture is ready.

Take bread slice cut out the sides and cut into four pieces.

Now take each piece apply butter on both sides and place on a baking tray.

Bake at 200 ° for 10 minutes or until the pieces turn golden brown and crispy.

Now take each bread pc top it with spinach mixture and a cheese cube on top.

Once done with all pcs place them back on the baking tray.

Bake them for 5 minutes at 180°.

Crunchy crispy spinach corn bites are ready to be served.
