2whole chicken
2 tbspnginger garlic paste
1 tspchicken masala
1 tsptandoori masala
1 tspcumin powder
to tasteSalt
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbspnoil

Steps

Wash the chicken n pat dry with a serviette.

Combine all the ingredients except the chicken and mix together. This will be your marinade.

Rub the marinade all over your chicken and leave it for 30 minutes or more.

Place your chicken on a baking sheet breast side up and bake for an hour at 180 degrees
