Ingredients

  • Ingredients for kari
  • 1.lehsan 1 table spoon
  • 2.onion 1 medium size
  • 3.ginger paste 1 table spoon
  • 4. tomato 1
  • 5.green chillies 7 to 8
  • 6.qasori meethi 2 table spoon
  • 7.salt as per taste
  • 8.red chilli powder 1 and half table spoon
  • 9.turmeric powder half tea spoon
  • 10.oil 150 gm
  • 11.gram flour 250 gm
  • 12.yogurt 300 gm
  • 13.tamarind water(imli ka pani) as per taste for khatai
  • 14.coriander leaves
  • Ingredients for pakora
  • 1.potato 3 medium size
  • 2.onion 2 medium size
  • 3.spinach 2 hand full
  • 4.gram flour 250 gm
  • 5.geen chillies 4 to 5
  • 6.cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  • 7.coriander seeds 1 tea spoon
  • 8.Salt as per taste
  • 9.red chilli powder 1 table spoon
  • 10.oil for frying
  • Ingredients for tarka
  • 1.oil 100 gm
  • 2.half tea spoon cumin seeds
  • 3.half tea spoon coriander seeds
  • 5.red chillies 5

Steps

  1. 1

    First add onion in a pan and make the soft add garlic paste when both becomes light brown add some water now add spice like red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, then add ginger paste, tomato and gree chillies.

    When the masala is ready make labban (lassi) with yogurt and add in maslah. Add 4 jug of water in lassi. If you feel it thick you can add it more water. Add meethi in it and cook it well for 2 to 3 hours on medium flame.

    When it cook well add imli water as per taste of khatai. Then turn off the flame.

  4. 4

    Now make the better of pakoras including above all ingredients and take it rest for 15 minutes. Then make pakoras.

  5. 5

    Now make tarka in the same oil in which you made pakoras. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chillies. When it become lightly golden add it in kari garnish it with coriander leaves now the kari pakora is ready.
