Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for kari
  2. 1.lehsan 1 table spoon
  3. 2.onion 1 medium size
  4. 3.ginger paste 1 table spoon
  5. 4. tomato 1
  6. 5.green chillies 7 to 8
  7. 6.qasori meethi 2 table spoon
  8. 7.salt as per taste
  9. 8.red chilli powder 1 and half table spoon
  10. 9.turmeric powder half tea spoon
  11. 10.oil 150 gm
  12. 11.gram flour 250 gm
  13. 12.yogurt 300 gm
  14. 13.tamarind water(imli ka pani) as per taste for khatai
  15. 14.coriander leaves
  16. Ingredients for pakora
  17. 1.potato 3 medium size
  18. 2.onion 2 medium size
  19. 3.spinach 2 hand full
  20. 4.gram flour 250 gm
  21. 5.geen chillies 4 to 5
  22. 6.cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  23. 7.coriander seeds 1 tea spoon
  24. 8.Salt as per taste
  25. 9.red chilli powder 1 table spoon
  26. 10.oil for frying
  27. Ingredients for tarka
  28. 1.oil 100 gm
  29. 2.half tea spoon cumin seeds
  30. 3.half tea spoon coriander seeds
  31. 5.red chillies 5

Cooking Instructions

    First add onion in a pan and make the soft add garlic paste when both becomes light brown add some water now add spice like red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, then add ginger paste, tomato and gree chillies.

    When the masala is ready make labban (lassi) with yogurt and add in maslah. Add 4 jug of water in lassi. If you feel it thick you can add it more water. Add meethi in it and cook it well for 2 to 3 hours on medium flame.

    When it cook well add imli water as per taste of khatai. Then turn off the flame.

    Now make the better of pakoras including above all ingredients and take it rest for 15 minutes. Then make pakoras.

    Now make tarka in the same oil in which you made pakoras. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chillies. When it become lightly golden add it in kari garnish it with coriander leaves now the kari pakora is ready.
