Ingredients

  1. Fresh tuna fish
  2. Fresh lemon juice
  3. To tastesalt
  4. To tasteblack pepper
  5. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Clean fish and cut diagonal slits.

    Squeeze lemon juice in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Stir to dissolve

  3. 3

    Put fish in marinade and leave for 10-15mins.

  4. 4

    Add just enough oil in a nonstick pan and heat it. Fry the fish until ready. Serve with ugali or you can make a stew aside
