Steps

Clean the potatoes with water and cut into small pieces.

Then took some water in a heavy bottomed pan and let it heated for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes put some salt and the potato pieces in water and let it boil for 10 mintues.

After 10 mintues, take out the potatoes from water and peel the skin of the potato pieces.

Now mash the potato pieces nicely.

After that Mix some Salt, Sugar, Onion Pieces, Ginger Pieces, Pieces of Green Chillies, Carom Seeds, Kasoori Methi Powder, Chat Masala Powder and Fried Spice Powder together with the mashed potatoes and give it a nice mix.

Then, take a heavy bottomed pan, put it in flame and pour some oil in the pan. When the oil is heated, put the potato mixture in oil and fry nicely for 2 Minutes and let it rest for 10 Minutes.

After that make small balls from this potato mixture and put it on the previously made flour balls and roll into round shapes.

Now once again heat some oil in frying pan and fry the paratha.

Now the Aloo Paratha is ready to be served. It tastes best with Hung Curd and Aachar. Bon Appetit!
