Wash your chicken and cut to different sizes of your choice

In a bowl that can contain the chicken, add oil, lemon juice, honey and all the seasonings you have of your choice

Mix all and soak your chicken inside, turn the meat to make sure that all sides are touched by the mixture

Cover with a nylon or waterproof and put inside the refrigerator and leave there for 1hour so that the chicken can marigenate well.

Get your frying pan, add a little fring oil allow to heat and then remove your chicken and fry all sides till its brown, you can leave to burn a little like mine, according to your taste.

Note: you can also use oven instead of frying
