In a vok add milk and bring it to boil then add soaked and crushed rice and cook it for 8-10 minutes.

After 8-10 minutes add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well, again cook it on low flame for 20-30 minutes.

After it becomes thickens add khoya and mix well.

Now kheer is ready to serve garnish with nuts and serve to your guests.
