Corn curry with rice

First we will remove the sweet corns from the cob and pick all sweet Corns and boil with water for 7 to 8 minutes add pinch of salt,keep aside meanwhile cut veggies for gravy

To make curry gravy grind fine paste in grinder, heat oil in pan add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, saute them add onion,tomato paste stir for while,add dry spices,

Now add boiled corn stir well add fresh cream, add salt ready to serve with rice,chapati as you wish
